e’re partnering with Microsoft to enable in-product document editing that mirrors the Microsoft experience users already know. This allows users to create, edit, and finalize documents directly within our platform – without switching tools or breaking their workflow.
By keeping the entire process in one place, this feature eliminates context-switching, reduces errors, and allows users to move from draft to completion faster and with less friction.
The Process
Design is fundamentally a user-focused approach to solving problems for users.
