LitifyAI Generative AI Prompt
A feature that allows end users to merge documents that are pre-populated with narrative using case data and LitifyAI.
Use case
Create an AI generative prompt that admins can include on templates – that when accessed by end users allows them to have AI pull data to generate text – streamlining their workflow and reducing the need to write from scratch.
-
Writing clear, consistent case narratives can be time-consuming, especially since writing skill levels vary and details often require repeated checks against the record.
-
During discovery, we learned that administrators want to retain control over how AI behaves across their organization. To support this, admins can define the prompt the AI uses for each template, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with firm standards.
While end users can’t modify the underlying prompt, they still have flexibility where it matters most. They can refine the generated content – making it longer or shorter, adjusting tone, or shifting it to be more empathetic or more assertive – without compromising admin-defined guardrails.
-
Allows users to get the support they need when generating documents – streamlining their workflow and cutting the time it takes to review case updates to even begin the writing process.
The Process
Design is fundamentally a user-focused approach to solving problems for users.
-
In this phase of the design process, we gather as much context as possible around the problem we’re solving.
We conduct interviews with both internal stakeholders and external users to ensure we’re seeing the full picture from every angle.
Insights from this phase – including research findings and competitive analysis – are synthesized into a readout document. This readout is a living reference that guides decisions and keeps the project aligned through completion.
-
During this phase, we translate insights from discovery into thoughtful design solutions that directly address the problems identified.
Once the design direction is stable, we share initial concepts with engineering to confirm technical feasibility and align on timing estimates.
-
At this stage, we validate that the design decisions fully meet the client’s needs and confirm the feature is ready for adoption as designed.
If any concerns or gaps are identified, we incorporate that feedback and refine the design accordingly.
-
At this stage, we review the initial design with Engineering to confirm technical feasibility. Any constraints or recommendations are incorporated into the design before moving forward.
While engineers build the feature – UX will review and create bug tickets as needed
